Programa Presentations is where reference imagery, floor plans, renders, elevations, and schedules come together into shareable files, connected to your project data.

Match renders to rooms, pin elevation drawings to plans, and link products directly from your Schedule so everything stays in sync. Control who sees what with flexible permissions for clients and contractors, and let clients approve or reject selections directly within the presentation file.

What used to live across disconnected tools and static pages now sits in one place, working within the project rather than alongside it.

Why we built it

It’s Thursday afternoon. You’ve got a client review in the morning and a presentation to finish.

Your schedule is open in Programa. The floor plan is exported as a PDF. Your presentation file is open on another screen. You’re typing product codes manually, checking each one, then checking them again.

Then something changes. A supplier updates pricing. A product goes out of stock. Back to the schedule. Back to the presentation. Update, retype, re-export.

That cycle is common, and it’s where valuable time gets lost.

Presentations removes that loop. Instead of working across disconnected files, your presentation becomes part of the project itself.
