All New Schedules for interior designers and architects

Specify it once. Use it everywhere.

One product. Every room. Every stage of the project.

Three illustrated designer chairs

The project changes. Your vision shouldn’t.

Every decision is made for a reason. Schedules keeps them connected as the project moves through revisions, approvals, quotes, invoicing, procurement and delivery.

Use it in five rooms. Update it once.

A downlight used across five rooms is still one product. Give each room its own quantity while keeping the specification, supplier and pricing connected.

Save a filtered schedule view for sharing

Different Views. The same data.

Review selections by room, compare prices by supplier or focus on products awaiting a decision. Combine filters and grouping with Classic View, Sheet View, Card View or List View, then save the setup as a named Schedule View. Switch between tasks without creating another set of products to maintain.

Schedule filters and grouping with options to save a named Schedule View

One item. Every part accounted for.

A custom bed brings together upholstery fabric, a timber frame and hardware, often from different suppliers. Link each component to the finished product and specify how much is needed for one bed. As the number of beds changes, Programa automatically recalculates component quantities and assembly costs.

Component products grouped within a custom scatter cushion

The right details for every product.

Lighting and paint need different fields. Choose a category to use the the specification fields relevant to that product, then add custom details and supplier documents.

Pendant light with category-specific fields for colour temperature, wattage, voltage, IP rating, lumens and socket.

The Schedule remembers.

A finish changes. Months later, someone asks what was specified before. Check recorded product history to see who changed what and when, add revision notes to explain decisions, and retain exact PDF exports as dated Issues.

Product approval and revision activity

Behind every product is a design decision.

"Programa is very useful, particularly in our larger projects, where a lot of information must be given to the contractor and various vendors."

"I send a link to a client and they literally have to go in and just say, approve, approve, approve. We don't like that. Can we change that?"

More control over the details. More time for the design.

Programa’s FF&E schedule software creates connected schedules for interior designers and architects, bringing furniture, fixtures, equipment and finish specifications together in one place. Built for residential and commercial interior design projects, Programa helps studios manage product details, room quantities, pricing, client approvals and procurement without maintaining separate spreadsheets.

Create furniture schedules, lighting schedules, finish schedules and complete FF&E schedules. Specify a product once, assign it across multiple rooms and set quantities for each location while keeping specifications, suppliers and pricing connected. Link component products such as upholstery, frames and hardware to a finished item, with quantities and assembly costs calculated as requirements change.

Review the same product information in Classic, Sheet, Card or List View. Combine filters and grouping to focus on rooms, suppliers or products awaiting a decision, then save named Schedule Views. Category-specific fields, custom specifications and supplier documents keep the right details with every product.

Source products with Programa’s Web Clipper and Product Library, collect client feedback and approvals, and connect schedules to procurement and invoicing. Track product history, record revision notes and retain dated PDF Issues so earlier decisions remain accessible as the project progresses. Programa gives interior design studios a connected workflow from initial selection through to delivery.
