You can now deeplink any product from a Schedule straight into a Project Management task, creating a single source of truth for your team.

What does it do?

By embedding product links directly in tasks, you keep everything and everyone in sync. Say goodbye to questions like “Which chair are we talking about again?”

Made selections? Assign them for review—link directly to each item.
On-site feedback? Flag changes by pasting the product link into a task.
Need a second opinion? Drop links into a comment thread for quick feedback.
Tracking specs? See what’s been updated, by who, and when—all inside Project Management

Now, every task has the context it needs.

How to use product deeplinks

Open a product in your Schedule.
Click "Copy Link" in the top-right of the product details.
Head to Project Management.
Open a task.
Paste the link into a task’s description or comments.

Now, anyone in your studio can click through to the exact version of the relevant product, complete with all associated details. From here, you can take advantage of Project Management’s assignment, time tracking and more, all linked to a Schedule product.
