Interior designers do a lot more than design. Every project involves clients, schedules, suppliers, budgets, presentations, quotes, invoices, approvals, procurement, revisions, site updates, and hundreds of small decisions that need to stay organised from concept through to completion.

For too long, that work has been spread across too many places. Spreadsheets. PDFs. Presentation tools. Accounting software. Project management apps. Email threads. Supplier portals. Messaging apps. Shared folders. Notes. Comments. Manual follow-ups. It all adds up.

That fragmentation creates real cost for design studios. It slows projects down, makes information harder to trust, creates more room for mistakes, and pulls designers away from the work that matters most: designing, making great decisions, delivering beautiful spaces, and running a profitable studio.

Programa exists to change that.

Our vision is to give design studios one connected place to run their projects, manage their business, collaborate with clients and suppliers, and deliver better work with less admin. Behind the scenes, our team has been rebuilding major parts of Programa from the ground up. Some of that work has been highly visible. Some of it has been deep in the product, improving the foundations that let us move faster, design better workflows, and release new features more often.

Even bugs are fixed almost instantly.

That’s why we’re rebuilding Schedules from the ground up, starting with one of the biggest improvements to the way projects are managed: one Schedule for each project. Instead of splitting information across separate lighting, furniture, finishes, fixtures, and equipment schedules, studios will have a single, powerful project database that can be viewed, filtered, shared, and presented in different ways. View by room, product type, supplier, approval status, budget, or project stage. Give clients a simpler way to review decisions. Give builders and suppliers clearer access to the information they need. Give your team one source of truth, without the duplication and confusion that comes from managing multiple schedules.
