Getting started

When you first log in, head to the Getting Started page at the top of your dashboard. This step-by-step guide walks you through uploading your logo, configuring settings, migrating content, and building your first schedule. Stuck? Hit the live chat in the bottom left corner - our support team is available nearly 24/7.

Setting up your studio

Account Settings: Lexie covered customizing your studio profile, setting up branding, and configuring default settings that'll save you time on every project.

Master Templates: One of the biggest time-savers: create a master studio template you can duplicate for all projects. The platform comes with pre-built templates, but you can customize them to match your workflow. Set it up once, use it forever.

Importing content

No need to start from scratch. Programa imports specs and content from Excel, Google Sheets, and competitor product sheets - a game-changer for studios worried about re-entering hundreds of line items.

Building Schedules

The Schedule is the heart of Programa. Lexie showed how to start projects, organize sections, specify products, and structure schedules that mirror your actual workflow.

Demo highlights

• Adding Products: Pull from the Programa library or create custom products when needed. Upload images and manage specifications in just a few clicks.
• Procurement Tab: Hidden by default but easy to toggle on via the three-dot menu. Gives you a bird's eye view of all procurement dates across your project.
• Archive Feature: Never delete, always archive. Keep items you might need to bring back when clients change their minds (and they will).
