How did Programa fit into your project workflow? Were any features essential?

Programa seamlessly integrated into our project workflow. The ability to share a live document has helped beyond explanation.

Programa improved collaboration by centralising project information. Communication with the client became more efficient, and unexpected benefits included real-time updates and enhanced transparency.

What feedback did you get on Programa? (From team members/clients) Did it's use evolve during the project?

Both our team members and clients provided positive feedback on Programa. Its use evolved as we became more comfortable with the platform, resulting in increased efficiency. The one common request was for the ability to print the pages that are provided by each trade such as provided by “joiner” “designer” “builder” “electrician” and so on. This feature would further transform our business.

Programa was critical to our project’s success by streamlining our operations. We definitely plan to use it in future projects to maintain this level of efficiency. Programa is now a essential tool in our studios workflow and we see it growing to be a even more essential tool as we move into he client dashboard and purchase order areas of the platform

Did Programa help innovate your design process? Did it bring new methods?

Programa didn’t revolutionise our design process, but it significantly enhanced our project management. It brought new methods for organization and communication that we found extremely valuable. Transparency and detail in product selection has been revolutionary.

Programa reinforced the importance of technology in design project management. Our advice to others is to embrace tools that enhance efficiency and collaboration while keeping the creative aspect at the forefront of the design process.
