From Sonoma, California, Hommeboys Interiors has leveraged Programa’s features to streamline their workflow and deliver exceptional results. By organizing Schedules into categories like lighting, furniture, and plumbing, they centralize all specs, imagery, and supplier details in one place, enabling real-time client approvals and reducing back-and-forth communication.

The Client Dashboard enhances transparency, giving clients easy access to schedules and approvals, while budget tracking tools ensure financial clarity and help avoid unexpected expenses. CUAIK faced the challenge of managing extensive project details across multiple stakeholders while maintaining a consistent design vision. Programa’s integrated tools streamlined this process effectively:

  • Mood Boards: Used for concept development, presenting renders, and showcasing swatches and materials, both internally and to clients. As the project progressed, they documented construction phases with progress imagery, organized by room and date, ensuring a clear visual timeline.
  • Client Dashboards: Live updates on project progress were shared directly with clients, allowing real-time visibility into schedules and phases. This streamlined communication ensured a seamless transition from specification to construction.
  • Schedules & Specifications: With over 80 active projects, CUAIK relied on Schedules for FF&E, Appliances, Hardware, and Materials. These detailed breakdowns ensured builders had precise information about what was needed and when, enabling efficient project execution across disciplines.
  • Product Library: By integrating custom products and supplier details, CUAIK could reuse designs, spec materials, and finishes effortlessly. The side panel summary in Schedules simplified custom component specifications, while the ability to copy and paste Schedules or generate them in minutes saved significant time.

Programa’s tools allowed CUAIK to maintain control and efficiency across complex projects, supporting their design vision and execution at every stage.

Based in Melbourne, Australia, AKI Design relies on Programa to centralize their Schedules and streamline studio workflows.
