How are you using Programa?
At our studio, Programa is our go-to tool for managing projects, whether they're large-scale full renovation projects or smaller single-room projects. We collaborate to create Pinboards and Product Schedules tailored to each project's needs. Once finalised, we upload them to the Client Dashboard, making sharing designs with clients and adding any necessary documents easily.

What challenges did the platform help overcome in a most recent project? Could you tell us about it?
Before we started using Programa, each team member had their own document to work on, which we had to combine. This time-consuming process took away from our design time. But now, with Programa, multiple team members can work on the same project simultaneously, making our workflow much smoother.
Another significant advantage of utilising Programa is the ability to share live links to our designs with clients, eliminating the need to send bulky PDFs via email. This saves time and ensures that everyone is viewing the most up-to-date version of the design. Moreover, when adjustments or product resourcing is necessary, making changes within Programa is swift and straightforward, preventing confusion about which version of the PDF is the most recent. This streamlined approach simplifies the entire design process, making it more coherent and easy to navigate for all involved.
