Latimer Road is a high end residential project, based in Bellevue Hill. The brief was for a timeless family home and haven with a balance between beauty and practicality. It was important to our client to have a seamless transition between the interiors and gardens beyond.
Drawing on the character of the existing established home and gardens, the design for the residence is a lyrical exploration of life, light, shadow, rhythm and tactility. A whimsical retreat for quality family time and entertaining alike.

The challenge with this project was the volume of product needed to furnish this home and how best to track ordering status, supplier invoices and how to relay important information, in real time, to our client.
Programa played a big part in overcoming these challenges, as you can input product information, attach quotes/invoices and mark items as ordered once invoices have been paid.
Once Programa became our tool for scheduling and procurement, this challenge became a breeze.

Here at Tom Mark Henry, we use Programa for FFE scheduling and procurement. Programa has a clean and easy-to-use interface, aiding our scheduling and specification process by eliminating room for error and offering a faster way of adding products through their web clipper.
Time is the most valuable measure in our busy studio and Programa has helped to free up time for new and existing projects.

Through the use of Programa, we can easily and quickly swap items in and out once we receive feedback from our clients, making the design process much quicker.
